1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Flying Face Designs (operated by David Ramos-Beban), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase from this website.

2. Nature of Business (Print-on-Demand)

We operate as a design studio utilizing a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means:

  • We do not hold physical inventory of most items.
  • When you place an order, the manufacturing is performed by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printify.
  • Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and our fulfillment partner, not guarantees.
  • We currently ship only within the United States.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items purchased from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

4. Limitation of Liability

We act as a "pass-through" entity for data and fulfillment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flying Face Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Service interruptions caused by our third-party providers (Stripe, Printify, Resend, Brevo).
  • Data breaches occurring on third-party servers outside of our direct control.
  • Delays in shipping or fulfillment caused by carrier disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and graphics on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of David Ramos-Beban / Flying Face Designs. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any of the designs found on this website without express written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, specifically regarding the sole proprietorship of David Ramos-Beban in Santa Cruz County, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz County, California.
