Data Collection & Storage

Flying Face Designs is committed to your digital privacy. We operate on a "pass-through" architecture. This means we do not store your Personal Identification Information (PII) — such as your address or payment details — in our own databases.

Third-Party Processors

To fulfill your order, strictly necessary data is transmitted securely to our trusted partners: Stripe (Payment), Printify (Fulfillment), and Resend (Transactional Emails).

Data Retention & Source of Truth

We treat Stripe as the secure source of truth for customer information. Our application operates on a strict "pass-through" basis:

Volatile Memory (Order Data): Non-financial Personal Identification Information (PII), such as shipping addresses, exists in our application's memory only during the active transaction process before being securely transmitted to Printify.
Direct Payment Processing: Sensitive financial data (credit card numbers) is transmitted directly from your client to Stripe's encrypted infrastructure. This data never passes through our application's memory or servers.
Operational Data Retention: We retain anonymized Order IDs and Transaction Reference Numbers in our internal logs solely for customer support and order verification purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you or contact you without cross-referencing the secure databases of Stripe or Printify.

Tracking & Cookies

Flying Face Designs does not employ analytics tracking software or third-party cookies. We do not monitor your browsing behavior on or off our website.

Email Marketing & Subscriptions

We utilize Brevo to manage our newsletters and promotional communications. Your email address is only added to our contact list if you explicitly opt-in via a signup form or select the marketing consent checkbox during checkout. We do not automatically subscribe customers to marketing lists based on purchase history.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

California residents have the right to request disclosure of Personal Identification Information (PII) collected about them. As we operate on a pass-through architecture and do not retain PII in our own databases, such requests are directed to our data processors: Stripe (payment processing) and Printify (order fulfillment).

No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for their marketing purposes.
