Made-to-Order Process
To minimize waste and ensure responsible manufacturing, every item at Flying Face Designs is printed only when you order it via our Print-on-Demand partner. Because of this custom manufacturing process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please consult the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Quality Guarantee
While we cannot exchange for size, we fully stand behind our product quality. If your order arrives with printing errors (blurriness, misalignment, incorrect colors) or garment defects (holes, tears, wrong item), we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
How to Report an Issue
Please email us within 21 days of delivery at support@flyingfacedesigns.com. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the defect. Because we do not store Personal Identification Information (PII) locally, providing your order number allows us to retrieve your shipping details from our fulfillment partner to expedite your replacement.
